Is there online payment on So2ak?
No. So2ak is for finding shops and sending them orders. Payment (cash or transfer) and delivery are agreed directly between you and the shop once your order reaches them on WhatsApp.
Do buyers pay any fees or commission?
No. Buyers pay the shop's price and nothing more. The platform earns from the shop's monthly subscription.
How is a shop's plan counted?
An order counts the moment it enters Preparing. Going over your plan never blocks orders mid-cycle — you get a warning at 90% of the limit.
If I change a product's price, does it affect existing orders?
No. Every order stores a snapshot of prices and names as they were when it was sent, so past orders stay exactly as they were.
What if something goes wrong with an order?
You can report an order within 30 days of sending it. We review the report and may contact you or the shop.
