Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of this platform as a buyer. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Please read the section on payment and delivery in particular, because it differs from marketplaces that take payment themselves.
What this platform is
We are an ordering platform that connects you with local shops. We display the products shops list, and we pass your order to the shop you chose. We are not the seller, we do not hold stock, and we are not a party to the sale. The contract for anything you buy is between you and that shop.
Your account
You need an account to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number and address you give us, and for keeping your password to yourself. Your name and phone number are sent to the shop with every order, because that is how the shop reaches you to arrange delivery. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
Placing an order
Prices, availability and discounts are set by each shop and can change at any time. We re-check the price immediately before you confirm, and tell you if it has moved. Submitting an order sends it to the shop; it does not guarantee acceptance. A shop may decline an order, for example if an item has sold out. Your order shows its current state in your account.
Payment and delivery
We do not take payment. No card details are collected by this platform at any point. Payment is arranged directly between you and the shop, as is delivery: the shop contacts you to agree how you will pay and when the order will arrive. Any delivery fee is the shop’s, not ours. If a shop asks you to pay through this platform, that request does not come from us.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Because the sale is between you and the shop, cancellations, refunds and returns are handled by the shop under its own policy and under Egyptian consumer law. Once an order has been sent to a shop, it cannot be cancelled from your side within the app; contact the shop directly, and you can report a problem with the order from its page if the shop does not respond.
Ratings and comments
You may rate a shop after an order is delivered, and comment on products. Write about your own experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, or that contains somebody else’s personal information, and we will tell you when we remove something you wrote. Ratings may be edited for a short window after posting, after which they become fixed.
What you may not do
Do not use the platform to place orders you do not intend to accept, to harass shops or other users, to scrape or copy the catalogue, to interfere with the service, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend an account that does these things.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for operating the platform and for passing your order to the shop accurately. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of the goods themselves, which are the shop’s responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Egyptian law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you use the platform, and the version number above will change. Continuing to use the platform after accepting means you agree to the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
